Created in Mayenne, the Fête du Jeu de Laval has become a major cultural event that transforms the city of Laval into a gigantic open-air playground every spring. The Main Event on Saturday

The highlight of the week is the main event on Saturday, held on the parvis du Châteauneuf and throughout Laval's city center. On this day, dozens of stands offer board games, skill games, card games, sports games, cooperative games, puzzles, and quizzes, attracting thousands of players of all ages.

An Event Driven by the Associative Fabric

The Fête du Jeu is organized by the Collectif Fête du Jeu, which brings together about fifteen local associations involved in gaming, as well as companies in the gaming sector. This collective works year-round to prepare this major event, with the support of the CLEP (Centre Local d'Éducation Populaire).
