33rd Edition — October 4th and 5th, 2025

The 33rd Fête de l'Olivier d'Ollioules lived up to all expectations on October 4th and 5th, 2025. Under a bright and mild Mediterranean autumn sky—those beautiful October days that Provence knows how to offer when summer lingers—the town center of Ollioules welcomed producers, artisans, families, and curious visitors for a weekend dedicated to Provençal green gold.

Producers Present

Dozens of olive oil producers from the Var and neighboring departments presented their products at the festival market. Recognized appellations—AOC Huile d'olive de Provence, AOC Huile d'olive de Haute-Provence—were well represented, alongside artisanal products from family olive groves. The commented tasting sessions were a great success, introducing many visitors to the subtleties of quality olive oil.

Provençal Crafts and Flavors

Around the olive oil stands, Provençal artisans exhibited their creations. Soap makers, ceramicists, weavers, jewelers, and sculptors attracted a large audience, attentive to the quality of materials and traditional know-how. Food stalls offered tapenade, anchoïade, cheeses, and wines from the Var, creating an authentic Provençal market atmosphere.

Events and Music

Events punctuated the weekend: Provençal dances, demonstrations of traditional pressing, storytelling for children, and concerts of traditional Provençal music. The festival concluded on Sunday afternoon in good spirits, with the promise of reconvening for the 34th edition in October 2026.
