Fous d'Histoire

10th Anniversary Edition — November 14 and 15, 2026

For its 10th anniversary, Fous d'Histoire will be held on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15, 2026 at Le Tigre, in Margny-lès-Compiègne. This anniversary promises an even richer History Market and a program of live shows covering all historical periods, from Prehistory to the 20th century.

Over 120 Historical Show Companies

The fair brings together over 120 professional and amateur companies, divided into several categories: music, dance and singing; theater and street performance; crafts and demonstrations; military art; animal training and shows; various animations and services; animated historical sites. In each category, a jury of enlightened professionals and amateurs awards a "Gros Coup de Cœur" (Big Favorite) and a "Petit Coup de Cœur" (Small Favorite), with a trophy made by master craftsman Jean-Luc Pommerolle.

A History Market with 250 Exhibitors

The heart of the event remains its History Market, which brings together over 250 exhibitors from 24 nationalities: artisans, blacksmiths, costumers, armorers, illuminators, luthiers, and creators offering objects and know-how from all periods.

Professional Fair and School Day

Open to the general public on the weekend, Fous d'Histoire also serves as a professional fair: event organizers and owners of sites to be animated can meet the participants there. Friday (by registration) is reserved for school groups and organizers, with shows, craft workshops, and educational activities.

Easy Access

Free shuttles connect Compiègne train station to Le Tigre on Saturday and Sunday, from 9 AM to 7 PM.
