Geek Life Lorient 2025: A Successful First Edition
The first edition of Geek Life Lorient was held on May 17-18, 2025, at the Parc des Expositions in Lanester. The event attracted 5,500 enthusiasts across nearly 3,000 m2 of exhibitions and activities dedicated to geek and Asian cultures.
The program included cosplay contests, K-pop performances, the RetroActive retro gaming exhibition with over 25 playable consoles, a voice acting studio, an exhibition of authentic Japanese kimonos, and meet-and-greets with guests Bernard Minet, Marcus, and Fred Zolf.
