Gourmand'ici 2025: a week of flavors in West Aveyron
The 2025 edition of the Gourmand'ici festival unfolded over a whole week, from September 22 to 28, confirming the growing ambition of the event. The enriched program allowed for more culinary workshops, local product tastings, and meetings with local producers.
Visitors were able to discover the flavors of West Aveyron through participatory workshops, chef demonstrations, and family activities on Place Notre-Dame and in various locations within the bastide. The Sustainable Food Forum continued its mission to raise awareness about short supply chains and responsible cooking, while the locavore meals once again showcased the richness of the Aveyronnais terroir.
