Journée des Vignerons 2025 - Saturday, November 8

For this 2025 edition, the 14 estates of the AOC Fiefs Vendéens simultaneously opened their doors on Saturday, November 8 from 10 am to 6 pm. Wine lovers and the curious were able to explore the five Vendée terroirs — Brem, Mareuil, Pissotte, Vix, and Chantonnay — to discover the diversity and richness of this confidential appellation with Atlantic influences.

Each estate offered guided tastings of its 2024 cuvées and previous vintages, cellar tours, walks through the vineyards in autumn colors, and direct exchanges with the winemakers. Several estates organized food and wine pairings with regional products: Vendée mogettes, Vendée brioche, tuna rillettes, marinated sardines, and bocage goat cheeses.

The 2025 edition was marked by a strong presence of the new generation of winemakers, committed to organic and reasoned viticulture practices, as well as the presentation of new experimental cuvées aged in amphorae or local wooden barrels.
