The 47th edition of the Journées Gastronomiques de Sologne was held on October 25 and 26, 2025, at the Fabrique Normant in Romorantin-Lanthenay. Prestigious culinary competitions, demonstrations by renowned chefs, meetings with Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and 120 producers and artisans attracted thousands of gastronomy enthusiasts.

47th Edition — October 2025

The 47th Journées Gastronomiques de Sologne took place on October 25 and 26, 2025, at the Fabrique Normant in Romorantin-Lanthenay. The edition featured its usual program of gastronomic excellence: national and international culinary competitions, chef demonstrations, meetings with MOFs, and an exhibition of 120 exhibitors.

Competitions and Demonstrations
