47th Edition — October 2025
The 47th Journées Gastronomiques de Sologne took place on October 25 and 26, 2025, at the Fabrique Normant in Romorantin-Lanthenay. The edition featured its usual program of gastronomic excellence: national and international culinary competitions, chef demonstrations, meetings with MOFs, and an exhibition of 120 exhibitors.
Competitions and Demonstrations
The culinary competitions brought together high-level professionals in the disciplines of cooking, pastry, and charcuterie. Live demonstrations by renowned chefs allowed visitors to discover haute cuisine techniques.
