Edition 2026 — Nuits de Saint-Jacques
The 2026 edition of Les Nuits de Saint-Jacques has been postponed to 2027. For two years, the organization has been facing scheduling conflicts, particularly with the Craponne-sur-Arzon country festival and the Interfolk folk festival of Le Puy-en-Velay. The organizers have announced their intention to take the time to work on a repositioning around July 14, 2027.

2026 Edition Postponed to 2027
On November 19, 2025, the Tourist Office of the Le Puy-en-Velay Urban Community announced the postponement of the 2026 edition of Les Nuits de Saint-Jacques. For two years, the organization had been facing successive date adjustments, inherited from the post-Covid period and the Olympic Games which had disrupted the festival calendar.
The conditions were not met to organize the 2026 edition: too many options had been taken months in advance, and the construction of the edition encountered too many obstacles to materialize. This is the second cancellation in three years, after the 2023 edition which also did not take place.
The organizers have expressed their desire to work from now on on a repositioning around July 14, 2027, in order to find a sustainable and compatible calendar slot with other events in Haute-Loire.
