Les Tablées de Vic - 10th Edition 2025
The 10th edition of Les Tablées de Vic was held from June 26 to 29, 2025 in Vic-en-Bigorre, under the sponsorship of Christian Etchebest. Sixteen renowned chefs offered culinary creations highlighting local products and short supply chains.
On Thursday, June 26, a six-hand dinner with chefs Aurélie Rami, Quentin Maysou, and Anthony Guilhaume opened the festivities with a fusion menu and food, wine, and cocktail pairings. On Friday 27 and Saturday 28, six-course dinners allowed guests to choose from the hot dishes of the different chefs. On Sunday 29, the producers' picnic in the Parc urbain naturel concluded the festival.
