Edition 2025 — Villages Engloutis
First edition of the Les Villages Engloutis festival on the shores of Lac du Der in Sainte-Marie-du-Lac-Nuisement. A weekend of music, culture, and memory with two stages, workshops, and local gastronomy, welcoming around 1,500 festival-goers in an exceptional natural setting.
2025 Edition — Birth of the festival
The first edition of the Les Villages Engloutis festival was held on July 12 and 13, 2025, on the shores of Lac du Der in Sainte-Marie-du-Lac-Nuisement. Supported by the association Au Petit Paris de Saint-Dizier and a team of volunteers, this first event brought together approximately 1,500 festival-goers around two music stages, creative workshops, and local gastronomy stands.
The main stage hosted contemporary music groups, while the acoustic stage highlighted local and emerging artists. A photographic exhibition retracing the history of the submerged villages of Der accompanied the program, recalling the memory of Nuisement-aux-Bois, Chantecoq, and Champaubert-aux-Bois.
