Edition 2025 — L'ImpruDanse
The 9th edition of the L'ImpruDanse Festival took place from mid-March to early April 2025 at the Théâtres en Dracénie in Draguignan. Contemporary dance, flamenco, hip-hop, and Argentine tango were on the program for this edition, which brought together national and international artists for three weeks of performances, workshops, and documentaries.

L'ImpruDanse 2025 – 9th Edition at Théâtres en Dracénie
The 9th edition of the L'ImpruDanse Festival unfolded from mid-March to early April 2025, offering the residents of Draguignan and Dracénie three intense weeks of choreographic discoveries. Within the framework of the Théâtres en Dracénie, the movement arts were celebrated in all their forms: contemporary dance, flamenco, hip-hop, Argentine tango, and many other disciplines.
The 2025 program highlighted recent creations from the French and international choreographic scene, allowing the Draguignan audience to discover works that had often not yet left the major Parisian stages or international festivals. Renowned choreographers were invited to present their work and lead practical workshops, creating moments of direct exchange and transmission between artists and the public.
The practical workshops offered to amateurs – adults and teenagers – were met with great enthusiasm, demonstrating the vitality of amateur practice in the region. The "Docu Dance Thursdays" provided a complementary documentary program, allowing for a deeper understanding of the trends and artists represented at the festival. The closing DJ sets contributed to the festive atmosphere of certain evenings.
