The Marathon du Cher offers an exceptional 42.195 km course connecting the Bourges Cathedral to the Madeleine Sologne Hall in Vierzon. Runners follow the route of the Canal de Berry, passing through Marmagne, Mehun-sur-Yèvre, and Foëcy, discovering landscapes that are bucolic, historic, and urban.
An accessible course
The course is well-paved with long straight sections, offering optimal conditions for runners of all levels. Participants have a maximum of 6 hours to reach the finish line from the official start.
Three races on the program
