34th Edition of the Gastronomy Fair - 2025

The Bourg-en-Bresse Gastronomy Fair hosted its 34th edition from Friday 7 to Tuesday 11 November 2025 at Ainterexpo. More than 16,000 visitors explored the aisles to discover the stands of 140 exhibitors: producers, restaurateurs and artisan food-makers from across France and Italy.

This edition was sponsored by Fabrice Sommier, Best Craftsman in France in sommellerie and founder of the Wine School, who hosted exclusive food and wine pairing workshops. The Fest'in Bières, dedicated to craft brewers, ran from Friday to Sunday, while the Saveurs de l'Ain area brought together forty local producers for five days of culinary events.

Among the highlights: six themed restaurants open in the evening, the CECOF apprentice chocolate competition, the Bresse AOP tart competition, cooking battles and the grand Friday late night with its Montmartre-style terraces and guinguette atmosphere. The Passione Italiana village transported visitors to the heart of Italian gastronomy with its products, folklore and Mediterranean specialities.
