The Salon du Chocolat et de la Gourmandise has established itself as an unmissable event for chocolate and gastronomy lovers in Reims. Organized by Yozenco at the Parc des Expositions de Reims (Henri-Farman site), this event brings together around sixty exhibitors from all over France each autumn: artisanal chocolatiers, confectioners, pastry chefs, and local producers present their most delicious creations in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
At the heart of this gourmet space, artisanal chocolatiers unveil their exceptional creations. Visitors can taste chocolates with varied flavors, from the most classic to the most daring, while learning the secrets of artisanal manufacturing processes. Local producers complete the offering with their regional specialties: cheeses, cured meats, wines, honeys, jams, and other treasures of Champagne and French gastronomy.
The highlight of the show, the chocolate dress parade, captures everyone's attention. About ten models showcase outfits entirely made of chocolate by artisanal chocolatiers, in a spectacle combining fashion and indulgence that delights young and old alike. This unique parade transforms the show into a true artistic and culinary spectacle.
The show's program offers numerous activities and demonstrations throughout the weekend. Workshops for children allow the youngest to discover the art of chocolate, while adults enjoy guided tastings and meetings with the artisans. The entire show is designed as a complete sensory experience, awakening taste, smell, and sight in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere.
Created in 2016, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Gourmandise quickly found its audience in Reims, attracting up to 15,000 visitors per edition. The show contributes to the gastronomic influence of the Champagne capital and highlights the expertise of French artisanal chocolatiers. With its modestly priced entry and free admission for children, it remains a popular and accessible event for all gourmands.
