Edition 2025 — Salon Vins & Terroir
The 14th edition of the Salon des Vins et du Terroir was held from March 14 to 16, 2025, at the Salle de l'Embarcadère in Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert. Around forty exhibitors from all over France presented over 90 wine appellations and numerous local products. On the program: tastings, culinary demonstrations by a chef, blind tasting competition organized by the Club Épicure Loire/Forez, tasting platters, workshops for children, and a tombola.
14th Edition — March 14 to 16, 2025
The Salon des Vins et du Terroir celebrated its 14th edition from March 14 to 16, 2025, at the Salle de l'Embarcadère in Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert. The Office des Fêtes welcomed around forty exhibitors from all over France to showcase the richness and diversity of French vineyards and terroirs to visitors.
Over 90 appellations represented
Wine lovers could taste and discover vintages from over 90 appellations: Burgundy, Alsace, Champagne, Jura, Côtes du Rhône, Loire Valley, Languedoc, Bordeaux, and many more. The passionate and available winemakers shared their expertise and offered advice on vintages, terroirs, and food and wine pairings.
Blind tasting competition
The Club Épicure Loire/Forez organized a blind tasting competition on Saturday, March 15, at 11 AM, a highlight of the fair. Participants had to identify wines without knowing their origin, in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Registration was on-site on the day.
Culinary demonstrations and local products
A chef led culinary demonstrations throughout the weekend, offering recipes and food and wine pairings. Several exhibitors served tasting platters: fresh oysters, smoked salmon, aged cheeses, artisanal charcuterie, and pastries. Local products — snails, morels, olives, artisanal breads — completed the gourmet offerings of the fair.
Workshops for children and tombola
Culinary and creative workshops for children were offered throughout the weekend, making the event accessible to the whole family. The tombola offered numerous prizes, including a stay in a lodge in the vineyards for two people, gourmet baskets, and bottles of wine.

- All day: Culinary demonstrations by a chef and workshops for children
- All day: Tombola with many prizes to be won

- 10:00 AM: Fair opens
- 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Tastings and direct sales
- All day: Culinary demonstrations, children's workshops, and tombola
- 4:00 PM: Tombola drawing and fair closes
