The castle lights up in the heart of summer

For the first time in centuries, the Château de Commarque lights up in the heart of summer to bring the reliefs of the past back to life. The Mysteries and Lights evenings offer an enchanting night walk through the ruins of the medieval castle and the troglodytic site, bathed in magical lights.

A show between heritage and magic

Every Wednesday evening from July to August, the site is adorned with light projections that enhance the medieval architecture and prehistoric remains. The scenographed route invites visitors to dive into the millennial history of the place, from Paleolithic engravings to medieval towers.

Artisanal village and conviviality

The evenings are enriched with an artisanal village bringing together local creators, food trucks, wooden games, and musical entertainment. The Storytelling and Fire evenings, on Tuesday evenings, offer a show mixing narration and pyrotechnic effects by the troupe Les Zoolians.
