Summer Vibration: Reggae in the Heart of Alsace

Created in 2014 by the Zone51 association, Summer Vibration is the unmissable reggae event in eastern France. In just a decade, this summer festival has established itself as one of the country's major reggae events, attracting over 30,000 festival-goers each year to Sélestat, in the heart of the Alsatian plain.

Three Stages for Over 50 Artists

Summer Vibration unfolds its program across three stages with complementary identities:

• The Mainstage: The main outdoor stage hosting international reggae, dancehall, and ska headliners.
• The Nutty Jungle: An immersive stage in the heart of a tropical jungle setting, dedicated to dub, electro-dub, and sound systems.
• The OFF Stage: A discovery space highlighting emerging artists and local talent.

More than 50 artists perform on these three stages over four days, offering a complete panorama of Jamaican music and its contemporary fusions.

A Musical Summer Camp

The atmosphere at Summer Vibration is that of a true musical summer camp. The festival site, nestled in a green setting by the Ill river, invites relaxation and sharing. Hammocks, chill-out areas, an artisan market, awareness workshops, and short-circuit catering contribute to an immersive and welcoming experience, far from the hustle and bustle of large urban festivals.
