The 11th edition of Toques et Porcelaine took over the historic center of Limoges from September 19 to 21, 2025, with a brigade of five national chefs sponsored by Jacques Chibois, free culinary demonstrations, a ceramic market, and an exceptional gala dinner.
2025 Edition: The Five Chefs' Brigade
For its 11th edition, Toques et Porcelaine welcomed an exceptional brigade composed of Jeffrey Cagnes, Tabata and Ludovic Mey, Aurélien Véquaud, and Sébastien Vauxion, under the patronage of starred chef Jacques Chibois. Major innovation: the dishes of local chefs were served on real white porcelain plates, marking the end of disposable tableware. Nearly 50,000 visitors strolled through the gourmet trail between Place de la République, Halles Centrales, and Pavillon du Verdurier.
