The Arcueil Christmas market changes its format every year: a three-day municipal market around the Town Hall in 2022, simple window decorations in 2024, and a one-day market organized by the Laplace en action merchants' association at Place Zola in 2025. No dates or format have been announced yet for the 2026 edition.
An event with a flexible format
The Arcueil Christmas market does not have a fixed formula from one year to the next. In December 2022, the city hosted a three-day market (December 9-11) around the Town Hall at Place du Docteur-Conso, featuring around thirty exhibitors, 16 wooden chalets, and 14 marquees. In 2024, no market of that scale took place; the city limited its efforts to window decorations organized by the Arcueil Village association. In 2025, a one-day Christmas market was held on Saturday, December 13, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Place Zola, organized by the Laplace en action merchants' association. It featured local artisans and creators, a Christmas ornament workshop for children from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus starting at 4 p.m.
As for 2026, neither the city nor the merchants' associations have yet announced a date, location, or organizer for a Christmas market.
