The Thiais Christmas Village
Thiais is a town in the Val-de-Marne, best known for the Cimetière intercommunal du Sud-Parisien, one of the largest cemeteries in the Paris region. Each year, the town hall hosts its Christmas Village, a cornerstone of community life in Thiais.
Chalets and festivities at the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville
Located at the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville (rue Maurepas), the Thiais Christmas Village features stalls offering seasonal crafts and gourmet treats—including chocolates, sweets, roasted chestnuts, and hot drinks—alongside plenty of activities for children: Santa's house, creative workshops, balloon sculpting, a petting zoo, pony rides, a carousel, and an inflatable sledding track.
Musical performances and family fun
During the Christmas Village, the town of Thiais organizes concerts featuring local choirs singing Christmas carols and festive street performances. The arrival of Santa Claus and the creative workshops for little ones create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the weekend.

In addition to the Christmas Village, the town hall sets up an immersive Christmas display at the Hôtel de Ville, which remains on view for a longer period than just the market weekend itself.
