Access to the town
By car: Bagnoles-de-l'Orne Normandie is accessible via the D916 from Alençon (50 km, about 45 minutes drive) or from Flers (25 km, about 30 minutes). From Paris, take the A11 then the N12 towards Alençon, then the D916 (about 3 hours). From Caen, take the A88 then the D962 towards Flers and the D916 (about 1 hour 30 minutes). Free parking is available in the town center, near the Communs du Château, and along the allée du Dante.
By train: Bagnoles-de-l'Orne does not have a train station. The nearest stations are Briouze (15 km) on the Paris-Granville line, and Alençon (50 km). From these stations, you will need to arrange transport (taxi, car rental, or carpooling) to reach Bagnoles.

The Christmas Market is held at the Communs du Château, allée Aloïs Monnet, 61140 Bagnoles-de-l'Orne Normandie. This beautiful architectural complex, located in the heart of the spa town, offers an elegant and covered setting for exhibitors, protecting visitors and artisans from winter weather.
Opening hours
The market takes place over two weekends in December (Saturday and Sunday), generally from 10 am to 6 pm. Musical entertainment and street performances take place in the afternoon, mainly on Saturdays. The exact dates are announced by the tourist office in the autumn. Prices
Entry to the market is completely free. Entertainment (storytelling, games, face painting) is also free. Pony rides are offered at a modest price.

Every December, the spa town of Bagnoles-de-l'Orne Normandie dresses up for its Christmas Market. Located at the Communs du Château, on allée Aloïs Monnet, this warm gathering attracts families and visitors to an exceptional setting, between Belle Époque architecture and the Andaines forest.
Sixty exhibitors for Christmas gifts
The market brings together around 60 carefully selected exhibitors: art craftsmen, local creators, and producers from the Norman region present their creations and specialties. You can find handmade jewelry, artisanal Christmas decorations, scented candles, textiles, ceramics, woodwork, as well as gourmet products: jams, chocolates, foie gras, cider, and pommeau from the Norman region.
