Since 2023, Bar Sur Aube Calling has been resonating with punk and ska chords in one of the most unexpected places: a former Champagne press house in the heart of the Côte des Bar. The Pressoir Gauthier, located at 46 rue du Général de Gaulle in Bar-sur-Aube, serves as the backdrop for this festival that shakes up the codes of this small wine-growing town, more known for its Champagne bubbles than its distorted guitar riffs. This unlikely alliance between wine heritage and punk culture constitutes the event's unique identity.

True to the punk ethos and the Do It Yourself culture, Bar Sur Aube Calling operates on a pay-what-you-want basis. Everyone contributes according to their means, ensuring the event's accessibility to all audiences. The Bar Sur Aube Calling lineup highlights the French punk scene in all its diversity: energetic punk rock, festive ska, raw oi!, engaged hardcore. The 3rd edition, on June 7, 2025, brought together six bands in a single day from 5 PM to 11 PM: Gasteropodes Killers, K-Sos, Les Excités, Mad Marx, Mon Doigt Dans Ton Crew, and Trojans Busters. Each edition offers a varied lineup mixing established bands and emerging artists from the French punk scene, in a condensed and intense format.
