About Festi'Orgues
Since 2011, Festi'Orgues has been bringing the historic instruments of Labourd to life every year. The Les Orgues d'Urrugne association, which maintains the Daldosso organ in Urrugne year-round, invites French and European organists to perform in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Ciboure, and at the Benedictine Abbey of Belloc.
The festival runs throughout most of the year, from spring to winter, with approximately one recital per month. Each venue highlights a different organ: the historic grand organ in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, where Louis XIV was married; the contemporary organ in Urrugne, built in 2009; or the baroque instrument installed in Ciboure in 2014.
Festi'Orgues — edition 2026
The 2026 edition features nine recitals running from April 6th to December 20th, held across Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Urrugne, Ciboure, and the Abbaye de Belloc. On October 3rd, organist Élise Rollin from the Belfort Conservatory will perform a program in Ciboure dedicated to 18th-century classical composers.
