About Xarnegu Motor Festival
The Xarnegu Motor Festival brings together two- and four-wheel enthusiasts in Bidache for an exhibition of classic and modern motorcycles and cars, held in the open-access grounds of the château park. The Bidache Motorcycle Club hosts the event, featuring road safety workshops, supervised test rides, demonstrations of motorcycle-related trades, a craft and local produce market, as well as games and activities for children.
Xarnegu Motor Festival — edition 2026
The 2026 edition takes place on Saturday, September 26th, at the Bidache castle park. The Bidache Moto Club will be showcasing vintage and modern motorcycles and cars, alongside safety awareness workshops, supervised test rides, and demonstrations of motorcycle-related professions. Starting at 2:00 PM, the afternoon will be filled with rock and reggae concerts, Basque, Tahitian, and country dancing, fire breathers, and traditional Basque singing.
