The Festival À Table is an original event of the Saison culturelle de l'Ernée, combining puppet shows, object theatre, and culinary discoveries. Organized with eleven cultural structures from Mayenne, Sarthe, and Maine-et-Loire, it offers convivial evenings where the arts of puppetry are served on a platter, accompanied by small dishes concocted by culinary designers and volunteers. Each edition offers a unique sensory experience, between artistic wonder and taste pleasure, at the Espace Clair de Lune in Ernée.
Born within the Saison culturelle de l'Ernée, the Festival À Table is a unique concept that unites two fundamental pleasures: live performance and culinary art. Since its creation, it has established itself as a highlight of the cultural programming in the Pays de l'Ernée, attracting a curious and gourmand audience.
The festival is the result of a collaboration between eleven Loire structures spread across three departments: Mayenne, Sarthe, and Maine-et-Loire. This network allows for the pooling of resources and the offering of a rich and diverse artistic program, circulating companies and shows throughout the territory.
The Festival À Table's program focuses on the arts of puppetry and object theatre. Professional companies present their creations in an intimate setting, where the proximity between artists and spectators creates a warm and complicit atmosphere. Among the shows presented in recent editions, we find creations like "Mathilde et Claire" or "Le Rire des oiseaux", which combine visual poetry and inventive storytelling.
What distinguishes the Festival À Table from other cultural events is the integration of a gastronomic dimension into each evening. Culinary designer Gwendoline Blosse, in collaboration with a group of volunteer "cordon-bleus" from Ernée, designs original menus that echo the shows presented. The dishes, served between performances, fully participate in the artistic experience, engaging all the spectator's senses.
The festival takes place at the Espace Clair de Lune, Ernée's performance venue. This versatile cultural space, in the heart of the town, offers an ideal setting for these evenings that blend stage performances and moments of conviviality around the table. The limited capacity ensures a rare proximity between artists and the public.
Scheduled every year in November, the Festival À Table is in its eighth edition. Over the years, it has built a loyal local audience and attracted spectators from all over Mayenne, seduced by this original formula that rhymes culture with conviviality.

The Festival À Table takes place at the Espace Clair de Lune, located in Ernée (53500), in the Mayenne department. This versatile performance venue, in the heart of the town, offers an intimate and warm setting, ideal for evenings blending performance and gastronomy.
By car: Ernée is accessible via the D31 from Laval (approx. 30 minutes) or via the D29 from Fougères. Free parking near the venue. From Rennes, allow about 1 hour 15 minutes via the N157 then the D29.
By bus: The Aléop intercity transport network offers regular services to Ernée from Laval and the main towns in the department.
Prices vary depending on the edition, generally between €5 and €15 per evening, including the show and the meal. Reduced rates are available for job seekers, RSA beneficiaries, students, and those under 18. The price includes the entire evening: artistic performances and creative meal.
Booking is highly recommended with the Saison culturelle de l'Ernée, online on the community of communes website, or directly at the Espace Clair de Lune. Places are limited due to the intimate capacity of the event. It is advisable to book several weeks in advance, as evenings often sell out.
The meal is included in the evening. Dishes are prepared on-site by culinary designer Gwendoline Blosse and the team of volunteer "cordon-bleus" from Ernée.
