A dance festival between Reims and Château-Thierry

Since 2007, the Festival C'est Comme Ça has been orchestrated by L'échangeur - CDCN Hauts-de-France (Centre de Développement Chorégraphique National), in close partnership with Le Manège, scène nationale de Reims, within the aimé association. This contemporary creation festival, focused on dance, offers a program of shows, performances, and artistic encounters each autumn that challenge conventions and invite discovery.

Solos and shows that reveal unique universes

The festival's program highlights choreographers with unique universes and varied aesthetics. From intimate solos to collective performances, the festival explores the territories of contemporary dance in all its diversity: gesture, voice, music, video, visual arts. Each edition offers a selection of pieces that question the body, space, and the relationship with the spectator.

The Nuit de la danse, an unforgettable highlight

The highlight of the festival is the famous Nuit de la danse, a unique event where artists and collaborators take over the spaces of L'échangeur for an evening of performances, concerts, and unexpected encounters, from dusk till dawn. Spectators are invited to move freely between the artistic offerings in a festive and undisciplined atmosphere.

A cultural partnership between two territories

The festival illustrates the cultural cooperation between Le Manège de Reims and L'échangeur de Château-Thierry. Bus shuttles are organized from Le Manège to allow the Reims public to attend the performances. This bridge between the two venues helps to build connections between audiences and promote contemporary dance beyond departmental borders.
