The Festival des Couleurs de Cruas is an annual event held at the beginning of June in the commune of Cruas, a village in Ardèche located between Montélimar and Le Teil, on the right bank of the Rhône. Organized by the Mairie de Cruas, this popular and participatory festival celebrates arts and culture in a joyful and colorful atmosphere, true to its name.

Exhibitions, artisan market, and concerts

The program of the Festival des Couleurs is structured around several highlights: exhibitions by visual artists and painters, an artisan market showcasing local creators, open-air concerts, and a fireworks display concluding the first evening. Each edition honors a guest artist who exhibits their works and shares their creative universe with the public. In 2024, Angéla Vehier was the guest of honor artist of the festival.

The Color Run, a flagship event

One of the most anticipated moments of the Festival des Couleurs is the Color Run, a festive and colorful race open to all ages and all athletic levels. Participants follow a circuit through the village while being showered with colored powders, creating a joyful and participatory visual spectacle.
