Châteaumeillant Christmas Market

Every mid-December, Châteaumeillant celebrates the magic of Christmas with its Christmas Market, which hosts over 50 exhibitors in the Salle Georges Mallet de Vandègre. From 8 am to 8 pm, artisans, creators, and local producers offer their creations and specialties.

On the program: arts and crafts, Christmas decorations, gift ideas, and of course, the essential holiday treats. Visitors can enjoy oysters, white wine, mulled wine, crêpes, and cakes, with the option to dine in or take away.

Santa Claus makes an appearance at the schools and the weekly market, before strolling among the Christmas market stalls to the delight of the children. This visit is one of the highlights of the event.
