About Les Farfelus
The Les Farfelus Festival is a street arts, circus, and humor festival organized by the town of Saint-Astier, in Dordogne. Born in 2024, this young festival takes place every year in September at the Petit Pré in Saint-Astier with a program of shows for all audiences: aerial circus, interactive bubbles, one-man-show, clowns, and acrobatics. A new festive event in Saint-Astier
The Les Farfelus Festival was born in 2024 on the initiative of the town of Saint-Astier. This festival of street arts, circus, and humor takes place every year in September at the Petit Pré in Saint-Astier, in a family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
A program for all audiences
The festival offers about half a dozen shows for all audiences in the open air: aerial circus with the company Les P'tits Bras (“Vent d'Ouest”), interactive bubble show by Compagnie NaKOH, one-man-show mixing circus and comedy with IMMO, and comedy circus with Cirque Ilya. Performances run from 11:15 AM to 5:30 PM.
Free and friendly
Admission is free. Food trucks offer catering on-site, and spectators are invited to bring their chairs and blankets to comfortably enjoy the open-air shows.
