Musical and gourmet Fridays in the heart of the Dambach-la-Ville vineyards
In the heart of the Alsace Wine Route, the medieval town of Dambach-la-Ville — one of the largest wine-growing areas in the Bas-Rhin — offers a unique summer event combining music and gastronomy. Les Musicales Gourmandes transform the picturesque Market Square into a festive outdoor lounge, where residents and visitors gather around good food and good tunes.
The principle is simple and convivial: every Friday evening from late July to late August, from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM, a different music group entertains the Market Square. The programming emphasizes diversity:
The association Les Joyeux Vignerons handles the catering with a different menu each week:
Before each evening, a guided tour of Dambach-la-Ville is offered, starting from the tourist office at 5 PM. This is an opportunity to discover the three fortified gates, the half-timbered houses, the Renaissance Town Hall, and the Saint-Sébastien chapel that overlook this beautiful wine-growing village.
The Market Square, with its fountain, Renaissance houses, and the medieval ramparts in the background, offers an incomparable setting for these summer evenings. A tent is set up in case of rain, ensuring that each evening takes place regardless of the weather conditions.
The Musicales Gourmandes return every Friday evening, from June 26th to August 28th, 2026, on the Place du Marché in Dambach-la-Ville. From 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM, the medieval wine-growing town of Bas-Rhin offers a festive and friendly atmosphere combining live music, on-site catering, and a refreshment stand, at the foot of the ramparts. A guided tour of the town is offered beforehand at 5 PM. Free admission.
For the 2026 edition, the Musicales Gourmandes enliven the Place du Marché in Dambach-la-Ville every Friday evening, from June 26th to August 28th, from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Each evening combines musical entertainment (various orchestras and groups) with Alsatian catering and a refreshment stand set up on the square, within the illuminated setting of the medieval wine-growing town.
The detailed musical program, evening by evening, had not yet been published at the time of our editorial review. Access is free; a guided tour of the town is offered at 5 PM before each evening.
