Every January, the L'AtraXion hall in Andelnans (90400) hosts the Vintage and Retro Gaming Festival, an unmissable event for fans of popular culture from past decades. Over two days, exhibitors and visitors meet in a resolutely old school atmosphere, blending retro fashion, collectible items, and video game nostalgia.

A complete vintage market

The vintage market offers clothing and accessories from the 40s to the 90s, period furniture, vinyl records, antique toys, retro decoration, and vintage-inspired artisanal creations. Dozens of exhibitors, from all over the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region and neighboring areas, fill the exhibition hall aisles to offer unique pieces and rare finds.

Retro Gaming in the spotlight

The retro gaming section is the other pillar of the festival. Specialized resellers offer consoles, cartridges, and video games from the golden age of the industry — Atari, NES, Super Nintendo, Sega Mega Drive, PlayStation, Game Boy — as well as rare and collector's editions that are hard to find. The free-access retro gaming area allows you to replay classics on restored arcade machines, with tournaments organized throughout the day.

Activities and festive atmosphere

Beyond the market, the festival offers activities for all ages: Pin Up costume contests, vintage vehicle exhibitions, themed photobooths, retro makeover stands, inflatable games, and workshops for children. Adapted musical programming — swing, rockabilly, 60s soul — accompanies the stroll between the stands, enhancing the immersion in a bygone but vibrant era.

A family-friendly and accessible event

The Vintage and Retro Gaming Festival is designed to welcome all generations: the « elders » reliving their youth, thirty-somethings seeking the pop culture of their childhood, and younger ones discovering an unknown cultural heritage. Adult entry at €8 per day — and free for children under 10 — makes it an event accessible to all audiences.
