Fête de la Charcuterie de Lacaune 2025 – 31st Edition
On July 20, 2025, Lacaune celebrated the 31st edition of its grand Charcuterie Festival. Thousands of visitors came to honor Lacaune Label Rouge IGP ham and the charcuterie of the Monts du Tarn during a festive and free day. The program included: whole hams roasted on a spit in the town center streets, Masèl — the traditional charcuterie meal — served in a friendly atmosphere, a solemn parade of charcuterie brotherhoods in ceremonial costumes, a large market of local producers from the Monts de Lacaune and Haut-Languedoc, and family entertainment for all ages. A gastronomic and popular festival that has perpetuated the excellence of Tarn charcuterie for over thirty years.

Program for July 20, 2025
- Morning: Opening of the producers' market – charcuterie, cheeses, local products from the Monts de Lacaune
- Late morning: Roasting begins – hams roasting on spits in the streets
- End of morning: Parade of charcuterie brotherhoods in traditional costumes
- Noon: Masèl – traditional charcuterie meal, tasting of spit-roasted hams
- Afternoon: Family entertainment, gastronomic stands, music
