Each year, the town of Neuilly-sur-Marne (93330) celebrates summer with a generous festive program, centered around the French National Day on July 14th and the Neuilly l'Été summer program. July 14th: The Climax of the Festivities
The July 14th festivities are the highlight of the annual celebration. The town offers an open-air concert followed by a fireworks display in the evening, attracting thousands of locals and visitors from neighboring towns. The popular ball accompanying the torchlight procession testifies to the town's attachment to its republican traditions.
The commemorative ceremony in the morning brings together elected officials, veterans, and associations around the war memorial, in respect of civic tradition. It is followed by a republican toast open to all.
Neuilly l'Été: A Free and Family-Friendly Summer Program
From July 14th to August 10th, the town rolls out its Neuilly l'Été program, transforming public spaces into scenes of celebration and leisure. Place Stalingrad and the Neuilly Village district host free entertainment throughout the summer: inflatable games, creative workshops, carousels, pony rides, face painting for children, and concerts or dance evenings for adults.
Highlights include a quiz and blind test evening with prizes, an outdoor cinema screening, the "Nuit Étoilée des commerçants" (Merchants' Starry Night) animating the Neuilly Village district, and a sparkling closing evening with a DJ set. Water play areas and inflatable structures remain accessible during the day, seven days a week.
An Exceptional Riverside Setting on the Marne
Neuilly-sur-Marne benefits from a remarkable natural environment with five kilometers of Marne riverbanks, vast green spaces, and a festive tradition dating back to the 19th-century guinguettes. Each summer, the town hosts a Big Jump into the Marne, a national collective diving event aimed at promoting the water quality of European rivers, which took place on July 13th, 2025, at the Haute-Île water body.

The Neuilly-sur-Marne Festival 2026 returns with the Neuilly l'Été program, from July 14th to August 10th. For nearly a month, the town offers a series of free activities open to all to liven up summer days and evenings: carousels, workshops, concerts, open-air cinema, games, DJ nights, and shows, at Place Stalingrad, Neuilly Village, and the Parc des 33 hectares.
Neuilly l'Été 2026
From July 14th to August 10th, 2026, Neuilly-sur-Marne celebrates summer with Neuilly l'Été, a program of free activities spread across several locations in the town. On the agenda: game nights, open-air cinema, dance parties with DJs, shows, and a refreshing play area for children.
Place Stalingrad
- Friday, July 18th, 9 PM - 11 PM: game night (quiz, blind test, prizes to be won) in a friendly atmosphere.
- Saturday, July 19th, 9 PM: open-air cinema with the screening of the comedy « Un p'tit truc en plus ».
- Saturday, July 26th, 9 PM - 11 PM: "Strass et paillettes" dance party with DJ Yvar.

- Friday, July 25th: Starry Night for shopkeepers, rue Émile Cossonneau and around the church square, with distribution of scratch tickets (discounts and gifts).

- Saturday, August 2nd, 9 PM - midnight: Tropics night with DJ Yvar, sunny sounds, and island warmth.
For children
Throughout the festival, a fun and refreshing play area is open every day from 3 PM to 7:30 PM: inflatable structures, water games, small carousels for the youngest, and face painting workshops.
