2025 Herring Fair in Saint-Valery-en-Caux
On November 22nd and 23rd, 2025, the port of Saint-Valery-en-Caux hosted its traditional Herring Fair. On the Quai du Havre, grills smoked from 11:30 AM, offering visitors grilled herring accompanied by potatoes and Norman cider.
