Edition 2025 — FAV'Ribeau
FAV'Ribeau 2025 was held on July 18th and 19th at the Jardin de Ville and Salle du Parc in Ribeauvillé. Over 200 wines were offered for tasting. The masterclass “Hot Vintage vs. Cold Vintage” was led by Cindy Schirr, sommelier at the Julien Binz restaurant. Pascal Lacom on accordion on Friday, followed by the bands Les Escrocs du Swing and Zone Rouge on Saturday, provided the musical entertainment.
FAV'Ribeau 2025
FAV'Ribeau 2025 brought together wine lovers and gourmets on July 18th and 19th at the Jardin de Ville and Salle du Parc in Ribeauvillé. Over 200 wines from the 18 participating wine estates were available for tasting, including the Geisberg, Kirchberg, and Osterberg Grands Crus.
The Saturday afternoon masterclass, “Hot Vintage vs. Cold Vintage,” led by Cindy Schirr, sommelier at the Julien Binz restaurant, offered an in-depth exploration of the influence of climate on Alsatian wines. On Friday, Pascal Lacom and his accordion created an intimate atmosphere, while on Saturday, Les Escrocs du Swing (7 PM-10 PM) and then Zone Rouge (10 PM-1 AM) had visitors dancing under the marquee.
