Day to discover Nordic activities on the Doubs cross-country ski areas
The Fête Nordique du Doubs, formerly known as "les Voies Blanches", is a winter event organized by the Espace Nordique Jurassien to introduce Nordic activities to the department's residents. Every winter, five Nordic sites in the Doubs simultaneously open their doors for a free day of initiation to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, biathlon, dog sledding, and other winter activities. The event is organized in partnership with Amis du Comté, CPIE, Doubs Tourisme, and the Parc naturel régional du Pays Horloger.
Every winter, the Espace Nordique Jurassien organizes the Fête Nordique du Doubs, an exceptional day dedicated to discovering Nordic and winter activities. Formerly known as "les Voies Blanches", this event invites residents of the Doubs and visitors to try out snow activities for free on five Nordic sites in the department.
The originality of the Fête Nordique du Doubs lies in its simultaneous deployment across five Nordic sites spread throughout the department:
This geographical dispersion allows everyone to find a site near their home to participate in the event.
Each site offers a program of varied and free activities:
All guided activities and entertainment offered on the 5 sites are completely free. Only the rental of equipment (cross-country skis, snowshoes) is at the participants' expense if necessary. This free access makes Nordic activities accessible to the greatest number of people and introduces new practitioners to the cross-country ski areas of the Doubs.
The Fête Nordique du Doubs is organized in partnership with the Amis du Comté, the CPIE (Centre Permanent d'Initiatives pour l'Environnement), Doubs Tourisme, and the Parc naturel régional du Pays Horloger. These partnerships allow for a variety of activities and promote the natural and cultural heritage of the Haut-Doubs in winter.
The Fête Nordique du Doubs is expected in February 2026 at the department's Nordic sites. This free day to discover winter activities will offer cross-country skiing, biathlon, snowshoeing, dog sledding, and activities for children.
