The 2025 Foire au Jambon
The Foire au Jambon took place on Thursday, April 17, 2025, Maundy Thursday, in the historic center of Troyes. The stalls of pork products—hams, sausages, Troyes andouillettes, pâtés—were set up around the covered Halles market, while Place Saint-Rémy hosted its traditional flea market with antique dealers, second-hand booksellers, and painters.
