Foire du 30 Janvier — 2025 edition
On Sunday, February 2, 2025, Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye hosted the 2025 edition of its traditional Foire du 30 de Janvier. Despite the winter season, the event attracted a large crowd to the castle park from 9 am to 5 pm.
The multi-purpose hall housed the art craftsmen — ceramists, jewelers, textile designers, and sculptors — while the outdoor marquee welcomed producers of regional gastronomy: Burgundy cheeses, cured meats, honey, wines, and local products from the Yonne region. In the morning, a horse demonstration recalled the equestrian and agricultural tradition of this Puisaye territory.
In the afternoon, family activities and tastings extended the celebration until the closing hours, in a warm and friendly atmosphere despite the February chill.
