The Foire Grasse de Neuvic 2025 took place on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the Salle des Fêtes in Neuvic, four days before Christmas. The fat market perpetuated the Corrèze gastronomic tradition with local producers and foie gras enthusiasts gathered from 8:30 AM to noon.
Visitors enjoyed a complete offer of regional products: fresh foie gras ready to cook, semi-cooked foie gras, magrets, aiguillettes, duck confits, rillettes, terrines, and truffles. Producers shared their preparation and storage tips.
