The Foire Grasse de Neuvic 2025 took place on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the Salle des Fêtes in Neuvic, four days before Christmas. The fat market perpetuated the Corrèze gastronomic tradition with local producers and foie gras enthusiasts gathered from 8:30 AM to noon.
