Gourmand'ici 2024: four days of Aveyronnais flavors

The 2024 edition of the Gourmand'ici festival took place from September 25 to 28 on the Place Notre-Dame in Villefranche-de-Rouergue. For four days, over 25 stands animated the bastide with family cooking workshops, tastings of local Aveyronnais products, and meetings with local producers.

Among the highlights of this edition: a locavore and low-carbon meal prepared with products exclusively from short supply chains, the Sustainable Food Forum bringing together market gardeners and players in the sector, as well as numerous participatory workshops — crêpe making, honey and Aveyron veal tastings, discovery of edible flowers, and bike-powered smoothies. The event brought together families, food lovers, and the curious in a festive and friendly atmosphere.
