Le Parc aux Étoiles: A Human-Sized Festival in the Vexin

Created in 2022, the Le Parc aux Étoiles festival has quickly established itself as one of the summer's musical events in Val-d'Oise. Located at the Stade de Nesles-la-Vallée, in the heart of the Vexin français, this human-sized outdoor festival brings together emerging and established artists from the French pop, rock, and electro scene every early June, in a green and friendly setting.

The festival is distinguished by its family-friendliness: reasonable prices, an open and natural setting, and a program that mixes local discoveries with renowned national artists. Its proximity to the legendary Château d'Hérouville—a studio where Elton John, David Bowie, Serge Gainsbourg, and Claude François recorded in the 1970s-1980s—anchors Le Parc aux Étoiles in a rich and symbolic musical history.

A Site Steeped in Musical History

The Château d'Hérouville, visible from the festival site, is one of the most mythical recording studios in world rock and pop. Legendary albums were recorded within its walls: Elton John's Honky Château and Don't Shoot Me I'm Only the Piano Player, David Bowie's Pin Ups, and Serge Gainsbourg's L'Homme à tête de chou. This unique musical geography gives Parc aux Étoiles a historical dimension that enriches the festival experience.

Two Stages for Diverse Genres

The festival features two stages for complementary programming: a large main stage for national artists and larger concerts, and a secondary stage for discoveries and local artists. The two stages follow each other so that the audience never has to wait between concerts.

A Program Rooted in the French Scene

Each edition of Le Parc aux Étoiles showcases the contemporary French music scene, from pop to rock, electro, and folk. The 4th edition, in 2025, featured artists such as Naive New Beaters, Astonvilla, Hélène Sio, Ysé, Ecco, Whim Therapy, Birrd, Adore, and DJ Mademoiselle Ely, offering a representative panel of current trends in independent French music.

The 5th edition, in 2026, boasts an ambitious lineup with Elephanz, The Supermen Lovers, Camille Yembe, and Mona Guba for Saturday, and Aupinard, Bukowski, Nass, and He's not! for Friday. A successful blend of electro-pop, vintage funk, and new voices from the French scene.
