The Château de Sainte-Suzanne and its surroundings are the starting and finishing point for the various races, offering runners an exceptional panorama of the Erve valley and the Mayenne countryside.
Two courses for all levels
The organization offers two distinct courses for the 6-hour race, each adapted to a runner profile:
- Esprit Trail: a technical course with significant elevation gain, intended for experienced runners. Available solo or in relay for teams of 2, 3, or 4 runners.
- Course Nature: a flatter and less demanding course in terms of elevation gain, accessible in relay for teams of 2, 3, or 4 runners.
Twenty race formats
Beyond the main 6-hour event, the festival offers a complete range of races to suit all participant profiles:
- Short races: 5 km, 10 km for beginners and families.
- Medium races: half-marathon and intermediate distances.
- Long events: up to 63 km for ultra-trail runners.
- Trail hike: a brisk walking route for non-runners.
Staggered starts and festive atmosphere
The starts for the various events are staggered from 11 am, allowing everyone to find their slot and spectators to follow the different races throughout the day. The atmosphere is both sporty and friendly, with public encouragement along the routes.
Catering and dance evening
The organization provides a fast food area for runners and their companions:
- Sandwiches, hot dogs, and fries for refueling between races.
- Pork ribs and grills for the main meal.
- Refreshment stand with cold and hot drinks.
The day concludes with a dance evening that brings together runners, volunteers, and spectators in a festive and warm atmosphere, extending the event's spirit of conviviality.
