The Automnales de Compans were born from the desire of the Compans municipality to offer its residents a quality cultural program throughout the year. This small village in Seine-et-Marne, nestled between the airports of Roissy and Meaux, on the edge of the Plaine de France, has, with the Salle Coluche, a cultural facility that hosts professional-level shows in an intimate atmosphere.

Music and humor on the program

The programming of Les Automnales de Compans alternates musical shows and humorous performances. The 2024 edition hosted mezzo-soprano Maria Mirante and pianist Paul Beynet for a Spanish music recital titled "Amor y Pasión". The 2025 edition features Simon Fache, a versatile pianist and comedian who has performed his show Pianistologie over 350 times, accompanied by the Chorale Sauvage et Clandestine de Paris, a pop-rock choir founded via social networks that reinvents classics with original harmonies, staging, and costumes.

The Salle Coluche, a communal cultural gem

Located in the courtyard of the town hall, in the heart of the village, the Salle Coluche is Compans' central cultural venue. This multi-purpose hall hosts Les Automnales in October and the Compans Music Festival in March, forming a double cultural event that punctuates the life of the village. The evening shows, in an intimate format, allow for rare proximity between the artists and the audience.
