Edition 2025 — Européennes du Goût

The 2025 edition of Les Européennes du Goût was held from July 4th to 6th, 2025, on the banks of the Jordanne and the Cours d'Angoulême in Aurillac. The theme of the year highlighted the cereal sector, "from grain to bread." Approximately 30,000 visitors participated in this festive and gourmet weekend.

2025 Edition: From Grain to Bread

Les Européennes du Goût 2025 took place from July 4th to 6th, 2025, on the banks of the Jordanne and the Cours d'Angoulême in Aurillac. For this edition, the cereal sector was highlighted under the theme "from grain to bread", with baker demonstrations and discovery workshops.

The program included the Goudots Gourmands competition with tasting of six regional products (gentian, rye bread, dry sausage, country pâté, Cantal AOP, and pounti), an amateur cooking competition, chef demonstrations, a large gourmet market with about thirty exhibitors, free concerts, a children's area (Îlot Z'enfants), and a gourmet hike on Sunday morning.

Nearly 30,000 visitors enjoyed this weekend of gastronomic festivities in a friendly and sunny atmosphere.
