About Christmas Market of Pavillons
Every December, the town of Les Pavillons-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis) hosts a "Magical Christmas": a weekend of free festivities in the town center, featuring a Christmas market with small local vendors, a sledding slope, fairground rides, and Santa's house. A weekend event, not a permanent market
The "Magical Christmas in Les Pavillons-sous-Bois" takes place over a single weekend in mid-December, typically from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Place Charles de Gaulle near the town hall. The town sets up a Christmas market featuring small vendors and food stalls serving burgers, bokits, churros, crepes, waffles, mulled wine, hot chocolate, and sweets.
Activities for children
The program usually includes a giant sledding slope, a "Santa's train" ride, a chair-o-plane ride, Santa's house for photos, creative workshops, face painting, as well as musical performances and stilt walkers. In 2025, special events such as toy distributions by Mrs. Claus and live music were also held at the Basoche and Chanzy markets.

Admission is free. Parking is temporarily prohibited around the town hall and on Avenue Jean-Jaurès during setup and teardown, as per municipal orders.
