2025-2026 Marchés au Gras in Peyrehorade
The 2025-2026 season of the Marchés au Gras resumes in the covered market halls of Peyrehorade. Every Wednesday morning from mid-November 2025 to mid-March 2026, fattened waterfowl producers from the southern Landes offer their finest pieces: fresh foie gras, whole fattened ducks, fattened poultry, confits, magrets, gizzards, and artisanal preparations.
Come as early as 8 a.m. to take advantage of the best selection and interact directly with the passionate breeders who perpetuate the gastronomic know-how of the Vallée des Gaves.
