The 2025 edition of Place au Canard took place on December 6 and 7 in Saint-Sever, under the patronage of Michelin-starred chef Alain Dutournier. The Jacobins cloister hosted the foie gras market on Saturday morning, with local producers offering fresh foie gras, fattened ducks, and artisanal specialties.
The technical cooking competition, afternoon demonstrations of duck cutting and foie gras preparation, followed by the jazz tapas evening at the cloister, marked Saturday's events. On Sunday, after the Gascon mass, a parade of gastronomic brotherhoods and performances by stilt walkers animated the town's historic center.
