Place au Canard 2026
Place au Canard returns to Saint-Sever on December 5 and 6, 2026, for a new edition of this grand gastronomic festival dedicated to Landes duck.
On the program: foie gras market at the Jacobins cloister on Saturday morning, a cooking competition sponsored by a renowned chef, culinary demonstrations in the afternoon (cutting, confit and foie gras preparation), jazz tapas evening on Saturday night, and on Sunday, Gascon mass, parade of brotherhoods, and street performances in the historic center.
