Po'Pote en Fête - May 2025 Edition

The May 2025 edition of Po'Pote en Fête took place on Saturday, May 17th, and Sunday, May 18th in the Halles de Chaumont. This edition continued the concept "Haute-Marne Inspires the World" with a gastronomic day organized around three culinary axes and three continents.

Three chefs led the demonstrations and tastings: Abdallah Bensaïd for Eastern cuisine, David Lacroix for Asian cuisine, and Thierry Henriot for Western cuisine, the latter also ensuring the technical coordination of the event. All culinary creations were made exclusively with local and seasonal products from Haute-Marne.

The producers' market, fun workshops for children, and street entertainment completed this festive and gourmet weekend, in a friendly and family atmosphere.
