Scroll! is the digital festival of Toulouse Métropole libraries. Each year, it offers a free and varied program centered around digital cultures and practices: workshops, exhibitions, shows, meetings, video games... for all ages and tastes.
Scroll!, the digital festival of the libraries
Organized by the Toulouse Métropole libraries, Scroll! offers a free program each year, developed around a different theme related to digital cultures and practices. The festival takes place in about thirty cultural venues spread across a dozen municipalities in the Toulouse metropolitan area.
Artificial intelligence, 3D printing, augmented and virtual reality, digital embroidery, retrogaming, live looping: workshops, activities, exhibitions, shows, and meetings invite young and old to explore digital technology in all its forms, in a fun, artistic, and scientific way.
Scroll ! — edition 2026
The 3rd edition of Scroll !, the digital festival of Toulouse Métropole libraries, takes place from February 28 to March 15, 2026. Nearly two weeks of entirely free programming to explore the links between the living world and digital practices.
Scroll ! 2026 — Nature meets Digital
For its 3rd edition, the Scroll ! festival takes over the libraries and cultural venues of the Toulouse metropolitan area from February 28 to March 15, 2026. The theme of this edition explores the surprising links between nature and digital practices: how technology is inspired by the living, represents it, and helps to better understand it.
The festival offers nearly 70 free activities spread across more than 30 cultural venues, in 12 communes of Toulouse Métropole: Aussonne, Blagnac, Cornebarrieu, Cugnaux, Fenouillet, Gagnac-sur-Garonne, Saint-Jean, Saint-Jory, Toulouse, Tournefeuille, L'Union and Villeneuve-Tolosane.
On the program: artificial intelligence, 3D printing, augmented and virtual reality, digital embroidery, live looping, retrogaming, creative workshops, conferences and meetings. All activities are free and open access (some require prior registration).
